Aquel partiment èra pas qu’un exemple, tan simbolic, de la division del mond entre dos blòcs antagonistas, los Estats Units e lors aliats d’una part, l’Union Sovietica e sos satellits d’autra part.Èra sens comptar amb la volontat dels pòbles que, aprèp lo fracàs de la revòlta obrièra de 1953 a Berlin Est, finiguèt per n’acabar amb lo Mur de Berlin, anonciant l’escrancament de la RDA, puèi l’espetament de l’Union Sovietica en 1991, previst longtemps abans per Francés Fontan. Vint ans aprèp, l’Alemanha es reunificada mas las disparitats economicas e la mesfisança recipròca demòran entre las dos ancianas Alemanhas.

Lo Partit de la Nacion Occitana, per loqual l’existéncia d’una lenga autoctòna es lo signe de l’existéncia d’una nacion, pensa que la reunificacion d’Alemanha amaguèt la trencadura Ubac-Adrech, mai precisament entre una Alemanha del Nòrd dont la cultura e la lenga d’origina, lo Platt Deutsch, son pròchas de la lenga e de la cultura neerlandesas e una Alemanha del Sud lingüisticament e culturalament pròcha de la Soïssa alemanica e de l’Austria. L’Alemanha del Nòrd seriá donc en fach l’esperlongament de la nacion neerlandesa. Aquela trencadura demòra un tabó de la politica alemanda d’autant mai que l’unificacion politica d’Alemanha se faguèt per la Prussa que justament es pas alemanda a l’origina. Aquela division sosterrana trobarà un jorn una traduccion politica ? Los pòbles ne decidiràn. De tot biais, la leiçon de tirar de la casuda del Mur es qu’òm pòt pas desseparar per fòrça los que vòlon viure amassa. Aquò val per Corèa que serà reunificada un jorn e mai prèp de nosautres per Catalonha e lo País Basc escartelats entre França e Espanha.

Per lo Partit de la Nacion Occitana, la quita Occitània, plaçada jos la jurisdiccion de tres Estats, Espanha amb la Val d’Aran, Itàlia amb las valadas occitanas del Piemont italian e França, serà, un jorn o l’autre, reunificada de manièra pacifica dins una Republica Confederala. L’aniversari de la casuda del Mur de Berlin que festejam es ric d’aquela promessa.

Communiqué de presse - L’Allemagne vingt ans après la chute du Mur de Berlin

Pour les générations nées après la deuxième guerre mondiale, la division de l’Allemagne devenue concrète en 1961 avec la construction du mur séparant à l’Ouest la République fédérale allemande avec une économie de type capitaliste et à l’Est, la bien mal nommée République démocratique allemande avec un régime de type socialiste soviétique, paraissait de voir durer peut-être un siècle pour reprendre la prédiction faite à l’époque par Mikhail Gorbachev, secrétaire général du Parti Communiste soviétique.

Cette division n’était qu’un exemple, ô combien symbolique, de la division du monde en deux blocs antagonistes, les Etats Unis et leurs alliés d’une part, l’Union Soviètique et ses satellites d’autre part. C’était compter sans la volonté des peuples qui, après l’échec de la révolte ouvrière de 1953 à Berlin Est, a fini par venir à bout du Mur de Berlin, annonçant l’effondrement de la RDA, puis l’éclatement de l’Union soviétique en 1991, prévu longtemps avant par François Fontan. Vingt ans après, l’Allemagne est réunifiée mais les disparités économiques et la méfiance réciproque demeurent entre les deux anciennes Allemagnes. Le Parti de la Nation Occitane pour qui l’existence d’une langue autochtone est le signe de l’existence d’une nation, considère que la réunification de l’Allemagne a masqué le clivage Nord- Sud, plus précisément entre une Allemagne du Nord dont la culture et la langue d’origine, le Platt Deutsch, sont proches de la langue et de la culture néerlandaises et une Allemagne du Sud linguistiquement et culturellement proche de la Suisse alémanique et de l’Autriche. L’Allemagne du Nord serait donc en fait le prolongement de la nation néerlandaise. Ce clivage reste un tabou de la politique allemande d’autant que l’unification politique de l’Allemagne s’est faite par la Prusse qui justement n’est pas allemande à l’origine. Cette division souterraine trouvera t-elle un jour une traduction politique ? C’est aux peuples d’en décider. Quoi qu’il en soit, la leçon à tirer de la chute du Mur est qu’on ne peut séparer par la force ceux qui veulent vivre ensemble. Cela vaut pour la Corée qui sera réunifiée un jour et plus près de nous pour la Catalogne et le Pays Basque écartelés entre la France et l’Espagne. Pour le Parti de la Nation Occitane, l’Occitanie elle-même, placée sous la juridiction de trois Etats, l’Espagne avec le Val d’Aran, l’Italie avec les vallées occitanes du Piémont italien et la France, sera, un jour ou l’autre, réunifiée de manière pacifique dans une République Confédérale. L’anniversaire de la chute du mur de Berlin que nous célébrons est riche de cette promesse.

Press release - Germany twenty years after the fall of the Berlin Wall

For baby-boomers, a divided Germany became a fact of life in 1961 with the erection of the wall separating the West German Federal Republic with a free-market economy and the East German so-called Democratic Republic with a Soviet socialist regime. Such a division seemed meant to last maybe a hundred years to go back to the prediction made at the time by Mikhail Gorbachev, secretary general of the Soviet Communist Party.

It was but a particularly symbolic example of the division of the world into two antagonistic blocks, the United States and its allies on the one hand, and the Soviet Union and its satellites on the other hand. That was to ignore the people’s will. In the wake of the 1953 workers’ revolt in Berlin, they managed to tear a hole in the Berlin wall, announcing the collapse of the GDR then the break-up of the Soviet Union in 1991, as anticipated by François Fontan much earlier. Twenty years since, Germany is reunified but economic discrepancies and mutual mistrust remain between the two Germanys. The Occitan Nation Party, for which the existence of a native language is the sign of the existence of a nation, believes that the reunification of Germany masked the North-South divide, more precisely the divide between Northern Germany whose culture and original language, Platt Deutsch, are close to the Dutch language and culture, and Southern Germany, linguistically and culturally closer to Allemanic Switzerland and Austria. Northern Germany is in fact but an extension of the Dutch nation. This divide remains a taboo in German politics, all the more so as Germany’s political unification was achieved through Prussia, which is not originally German. Will this subterranean divide be translated into politics one day? It’s up to the peoples to decide. Be that as it may, the lesson to be learnt from the fall of the Berlin Wall is that the people who want to live together cannot be forcibly separated. This applies to Korea which will be reunified one day, and closer to us geographically to Catalonia and the Basque country now broken up and administered by France and Spain. As regards the Occitan Nation Party, Occitania itself which comes within the jurisdiction of three states, Spain with Valle de Aran, Italy with the Occitan valleys of the Italian Piedmont, and France, will sooner or later be peacefully reunified within a Confederal Republic. In that respect the anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall we are now celebrating is highly promising for the future.
